Our Story

At the northern end of Burleigh Pavilion sits a full service restaurant, The Tropic. Besides the view, the highlight of the venue is the large open kitchen, which allows diners a front row seat to see our head chef, Guillaume Zika and his team at work.
The Tropic is truly a unique dining experience and with is unforgettable backdrop and relaxed space, its the perfect spot for a long lunch or dinner with a view.
